Book Seized By Police For Not Having RC
I purchased Activa from second hand seller shop and he hasn't provided RC and insurance documents to me yet (bike purchased 1.5 years back). Police caught me and seized the bike. Now, what should I do as I do not have any document to show to police and that seller is not providing me any document after many calls and visits to his shop as well ? Should I register a case against that seller ?

Yes, you have to if not you will be arrested as he has not yet changed the RC.

I had an accident on motorcycle on 15 dec , i was badly injured spent 19 days in icu . We were two guys on bike and the opposite party were also two on the bike . But one of them died after 5 days in the hospital . I want to know that both guys didn’t had driving license but we had . Is there any possibility that they get the claim but there won’t be a criminal case because we too had a severe injury plus they don’t have a license. Please reply

My relative had a bike accident with some injury and 2 wheeler gets damaged in front side. While filling fir we wanted to lodge complaint against unknown person but police said that they visited the spot and knows other bike number so they mentioned it in fir. Fir is under 279, 337& 338. Can we cancel the fir, if yes how?
