Good eveg sir/madam, as per the rules contemplated in the Act we should give 4 witnesses signature in the application for getting marriage registration.. 2 is for girl's side and other 2 for boy's side

My parents have been married for 33 years, currently living in gujarat. They need a marriage certificate. My dad is retired from army. They have a marriage certificate from the gurudwara in punjab where they got married. During the time, they dont have any wedding pics or video. If you can help me with this or guide me how to do and what to do for the registration. Also my parents got married in punjab but are living in gujarat for abt 26 years. So wondering where they can get the certificate from, punjab or gujarat? Thank you
