Remedy From High Court For The Order That Is Not Followed By Other Party
I got order from High Court in Special Appeal writ, But Nagar Palika is not following that order, according to the order Nagar Palika has to be handover me the plot title. Order was on date 8Dec2017. Now what help from the High court I can seek for getting this order implemented. Please get in touch with me if you need further information regarding the matter. Dear Sir, Whenever the other side not ready implement the legal order then you have to file Contempt Petition before the High Court. Which most of the advocates do not do. Please call me and take legal consultancy on my mobile through the administrators of this website.

Us thekedar ki wjh se 6 months se mera kam ruka hua hai or nuksan ho rha hai. Aap logo se request hai ki please suggest kare ki muke is case me kya karna chahiye...Thekedar k against koi legal action nhi le skte qki written me koi contar nhi hua tha.. or usne half payment cash or half cheque se li thi...
