But in the land document, the names of the three brothers on each khasra number. (50% of the name of my father and rest 50% of remaining two uncle). The Khasra number on which we are cultivating on top of that we want to build our house. Can we make our house there? I know my uncle will create some legal hurdle. You need to check with the local municipal corporation for a change of use from Agriculture to Non-agriculture to enable you to construct the house. As khasra number is in your father's name, your uncles cannot create any legal issues.

you have to check form municipal authorities a change the user from agriculture to non agricultural and then u can build and ur two uncles wont create any hurdles
