These are the sections of the Indian penal code. Once you are awarded punished by the trial court in the above-said section, you are not eligible for any government job.

If section imposed against you is not proper and if it would be committed to false then you can do it after clearance
Yes you are eligible for government job until you are proven guilty in the trial court.
