Section 7 of the Arbitration Act stipulates the requirements for an arbitration agreement. The parties may either have an arbitration agreement in the form of an arbitration clause in a contract or in the form of a separate agreement. In the form of exchange of letters, telex, telegram or other means of telecommunication which provides a record of the agreement.
