Satpathy, an advocate by profession, has 08+ years of work experience in the field of HR, Brand Management & Sexual Harassment matters at the individual and corporate level, with various segment of industries and individuals, at all heads. She runs an NGO – Smile and Let Smile Association, and has also been a part of various social organizations. She has dealt with a vast number of people, facing the challenge in expressing themselves and speaking up on the harassment or surviving the corporate culture in the harassment scenario, and also with the ones facing difficulty to face the challenges in the changing era of the industry. Written a book on "The Sexual Harassment Of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act, 2013" which serves as a handbook for people entering into the field & looking forward to serve as an ICC Committee. She was born with a passion to serve people and with a turmoil within her against any such evil acts. She runs various campaigns, against such evil activities, with a vision to eradicate it to the highest possible limit. Some of her major achievements- - Govt. Certified POSH Facilitator from Labour Law Institute - Certified for “Prevention of Sexual Harassment” by the New York City Commission on Human Rights - Certified by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing for "Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention” - Certified for “Prevention of Sexual Harassment” by Lions Club of Mumbai Shining - Featured in “BeSpoke Diaries” for her work for the society - Featured in “Lawctopus” Star Student Programme. - Serving as an ICC Committee member in more than 18 organizations.
