She is also empaneled as legal advisor with Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. Ms. Nidhi has been associated with IIT Delhi for a very long time. She has served as an External Member of the IIT Delhi POSH Committee. Currently, she advises and provides legal opinion on all types of sexual harassment matters concerning IIT Delhi and advises the upper management staff on how to deal with such matters. In Employment and Labour Law, she has wide experience in drafting HR Policies & Agreements and, rendering legal opinion and handling litigation on various labour laws and employment matters including appointment, termination, promotion, disciplinary proceedings, gratuity, bonus, contractual employees, retrenchments, lockout, strikes, service matters etc. She regularly handles labour matters in various Courts of India.
