Naman Mohnot is an alumnus of National Law University, Delhi. He is an Advocate practicing before the Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan as well as other Hon’ble Courts and Forums. He has authored a book ‘Judgments that Shaped the Indian Jurisprudence, Supreme Court Ruling in Perspective (1950-2016)’ which was foreword by Late Mr. Arun Jaitley, Former Finance Minister of India, was launched in the presence of former Hon’ble Chief Justice of India and was published by Thomson Reuters. He has also authored India’s first legal text on Surrogacy, “Surrogacy & the Law”, which was foreword by Ms. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi, former Union Minister of Women & Child Development, Mr. Salman Khurshid, Former Union Minister of External Affairs and Minister of Law and Justice and the Introduction was written by Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.K. Sikri, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India. He has also co-authored a book on Ragging, Published by Thomson Reuters and forward by Hon’ble Former Chief Justice of India Mr. S.A. Bobde. He is an entrepreneur and has founded a startup Aapkaconsultant.com which provides services of CA, CS & Lawyers at one place and provides legal consultancy from Hon’ble Retired Judges. He is also working on Artificial Intelligence and bringing legal revolution in Legal System through his new venture Legalrobo.com. He is also spreading the legal awareness through his YouTube channel “Legal Shots”. The Channel has more than 10 Lakh Views. He was instrumental in establishing ‘Roop Kalyan Legal’, a dynamic law firm which caters to various legal needs and gives one stop solution for all legal matters. He is actively involved in its functioning as well as administration. He has also founded ‘Roop Kalyan Sewa Sansthanan’, an NGO dedicated to welfare of citizens. He has worked as a Research Assistant for Law Commission Project on Arrears and Pendency in Indian Courts initiated by the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
